Wang graduated from Department of Geography, National Taiwan University. He is now in National Taipei University of The Arts MFA directing program and also a member of ensemble of Shakespeare¡¦s Wild Sisters Group. In 1990, he took the training of Poor Theatre for almost half an year (The instructor, Chen Weichen, had been the assistant of Jerzy Grotowski, the founder of Poor Theatre, for two years.) He served as president of NTU Drama Club. And from 1992 he started to write and direct plays. He has been the instructor for drama clubs at NTU, National Chengchi University, and National Taipei Teacher¡¦s College. He is actively engaged in experimental theatres, writing and directing different types of works. His works, mostly experimental, extend to different fields like theatre, multi-media, dance, musical for children and word composing. He often participates in domestic art festivals as well international and cross-strait theatrical affairs. He has been in Tokyo, Busan, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Berlin, Macau and Peking. In addition to theatre, he also sets foot in commercial, instructing MTV actors and assisting directing.
