With Tian Chi-yuan and other friends, Chan founded Critical Point Theatre in 1988. Her performances include Square, L¡¦ecriture Feminine (1993), Solo Performance: A Woman Forgotten by History, Daughter: White Margerate, Gay Time, Song of Silence, Marie Marlene, Water Spirit, The Lesson, Exotica (1995). In 1998 She was the instructor at Taipei Hwa Kang Arts School and directed Ding! When the Bell Chimes Twelve. She also work as consultant for colleges¡¦ theatre clubs and professional performing groups, including Drama Clubs at Chung Yuan Christian University, Chinese Culture University, Ming Chuan Business College, Morning Star Theatre, and Drama Club. She is now the artistic director of Critical Point Theatre.
