Fu wan her BA degree in Journalism at National Chengchi University in 1991 and her MFA degree in Theatre at Syracuse University, New York in 1994. She is currently the part-time lecturer at the Department of Drama and Theatre, National Taiwan University and one of the core directors of Stalker Theatre Group. She used to be planner and editor of the magazine, Performing Art Review, published by National Chiang Kai Shek Cultural Center, R.O.C. (from April, 1997 to August, 1998 and from August, 2000 to February, 2004), the executive producing instructor at Theatre Department of National Arts University(from August, 1999 to July, 2000), the theatrical program planner and producer of the 1st Taipei Arts Festival (from February to June, 1998). She was also the executive producer of Long Time No See produced by National Theatre in 2004 (directed by Tin-Ni Ma and authored by Wei-jan Chi). In 2000 and 2004, she planned and produced the 2ed and 3ird Taiwan Women Theatre Festivals¡XFlowers in Spring and Perfect(launched at The Dada of Theatre) and served as executive producer in the plays, The Spirit of Polian.nia.tw, performed by movie director, Kuo-fu Chang and A Dream Like a Dream, directed and authored by Lai Sheng-Chuan in 1993.
