abstractSynopsis:
When the phone rings at midnight, will you choose to wake up from the dream or simply keep sleeping? This play presents 10 absurdist scenes fumbling between reality and illusion about the loneliness, fear, anxiety and memory of urban residents. They include a homicide in a press conference, battle of desire in a dark morgue, a farce of a woman on the verge of committing suicide, a group of people looking for an exit to the future, a dialogue almost in silent, the bombarding of telephone calls. Those poetic scenes are collaged to create hypnotic intersections between dream and reality. When we wake from the dream again, we will be glad to know we are still alive and will try to find out the wisdom and meaning of how to survive in a cosmopolitan.
