abstractSynopsis:
This play featured all female characters. It was about the interaction and tension among women, including sisters, mother and daughter, as well as friends and so forth. The setting of the stage was a exaggerating and noticeable silhouette of a female body. The waist of the body was used as performing area and a slide. A lot of Japanese and Chinese music, masks, and costumes were used in the performance. Children’s games, such as finger guessing, rope skipping were intervened in the performance to convey author’s idea. And through the taking on and off the masks as well as exchanging them, the performance presented the changes of the defense, confrontation and intimacy among characters.
