The play stages Caryl Churchill's work, A Number and is structured around the interaction and conflict among a father, his real son and his cloned son. In the process of "searching for the authentic," A Number addresses subject of human cloning and its relevant issues: self, identity, and moral controversy. With one table, two chairs, re-positioning the props implies the change of time. A Number invites audience to gaze and ponder upon the ambivalence of authenticity and human creation in the 21st century.
